Ben Teusse

Chief Executive and Director

Ben is the Chief Executive and a Director of Pacific Health Group. As a Physiotherapist with a Masters in Health Practice, he's seen first-hand how evidence-based rehabilitation and integrated health services can improve a person’s quality of life. With a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, Ben's passion is to deliver integrated and partnered care in an ‘altogether better’ manner, bridging the unnecessary gaps between public and private health funding.  

Ciaran Quinn

Chief Financial Officer and Director

Ciaran is CFO and a Director of Pacific Health Group. Prior to joining Pacific Health Group, Ciaran worked as CFO for Manuka Health following 10 years with PwC across Ireland, USA and New Zealand. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with substantial consulting and industry experience, having previously led finance and wider support function teams.

At Pacific Health Group, Ciaran provides strategic recommendations to the executive management team and Board. He is responsible for the financial reporting and budgeting processes, and advising on long-term business and financial planning. Outside of work, Ciaran has an active interest in aviation, holds a private pilot’s license and has flown light aircraft in Ireland, USA and New Zealand. He has a great interest in the outdoors, and this has taken him to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and the base camp of Mount Everest.

Mark Shirley

Chief Innovation Officer

Mark completed his training as a Physiotherapist in 2000. As the Chief Innovation Officer he is currently responsible for delivering the Data and Digital strategy for Pacific Health Group, he also maintains a clinical caseload that focusses on recovery from spinal cord and brain injury.

Having completed his Masters of Rehabilitation his current operational focus is on designing workflows that capture clinical care points and outcomes. This is used internally to showcase our clinical experts and alongside funders to justify investment in new and innovative care pathways.

Katy Ellis

Chief Operating Officer

Katy joined the team in March 2021 and is now the Chief Operating Officer for Pacific Health Group. She draws on her broad experience of various industries from retail and hospitality to bring a customer focus to the role. Previously, Katy was General Manager at Mojo Coffee for 10 years, overseeing the growth from 10 to 40+ cafe as well as overseas expansion.
